The MS-1.9 is our largest soft shell tent in the MIZAR series, designed to comfortably sleep up to 4 people while maintaining a compact, easy-to-use design. All-Weather Canvas & Privacy Screen
The 300GSM poly-cotton tear-stop canvas is fully waterproof and breathable, with an internal darkened layer for daytime privacy. The included privacy screen extends from the tent to the ground, offering protection from wind, rain, and prying eyes. This integrated system provides versatile shelter in any weather.
Comfortable Bedding
A high-density 55mm foam mattress with a washable, moisture-resistant cover guarantees a comfortable sleep. Designed for 4 people, it ensures restful nights on the road or in the bush. Comfort is prioritised in every part of the tent interior.
Ventilation & Sky View
The zipped sky window offers excellent airflow to reduce condensation and keep the interior fresh. It also provides a stunning view of the night sky, making your camping experience more immersive.
Easy Installation & Storage
Multi-purpose mounting tracks and the supplied DIY fitting kit make installation simple on most roof racks. The telescopic ladder stores neatly within the tent cover or detaches quickly using release levers, allowing fast setup and pack-down. This ensures your tent is ready to go when you are.

Hard shell tents are all about speed and simplicity. They’re sleek, compact, and can be set up in under two minutes — perfect for overnighters or quick getaways. With better insulation, aerodynamics, and weather protection, they’re ideal for couples or solo travellers. The trade-off? Less interior space and usually a higher price point.
Expandable hard shells give you the best of both worlds — fast setup with a bit more room. They open like a regular clamshell but include an additional fold-out section to expand the sleeping area. You still get the strength and low-profile of a hard shell, just with more space inside. Slightly heavier, but worth it if you want comfort without the hassle.
